What a mouthful, no pun intended. That is the title of a new book released by world's number 1 Novak Djokovic. Dr. Beth, while not having Celiac, has a gluten sensitivity as many of us are finding out that we have. If you have a tendency to feel sluggish, or not quite right after a meal, this could be your issue. Novak basically credits his change in diet to his current success, #1.
